Diet
Diets are very good and sometimes necessary to lose weight and gain muscle, especially a protein diet. My goal for my diet is to go onto a protein diet, a protein diet is very beneficiary to your body and helps you to acquire more muscle mass, less muscle loss, helps with recovery and its also good for losing weight. There is a lot of benefits from this and its also not even a very hard diet, my goal is to try and each around 100g of protein a day, to maximize my protein input and maximize my muscle growth and recovery.

If you excersize a lot, you need time and equipment to let your body recover from all the stress you put it under. My goal for recovery is getting equipment to help my body after working it, foam rollers, anything that will help my body. Also my goal is to push myself but not too far, keeping some days for rest so that way, my body can get back into its best shape. This would help a lot for my bodies overall health because your body performs best when it is rested and not hurt from the workload that you put on it.

Basketball
Playing basketball helps with Cardio and overall fitness, working and building strength and speed, while also gaining stamina and getting the ability to run for longer. Basketball is a great form of excersize and my goal is to hopefully continue to play it for as long as I physically can.

The Gym
Going to the gym helps you a lot, you build strength and lose fat, this is good for your overall health and your fitness. My goal is to continue going to the gym for a long time, but instead of going as much as I do now which is about twice to three times a week, I would prefer that I got more often, going maybe five times a week with two rest days in between. This will help me with my progress and get my in my best possible shape a lot faster than if I went for two days a week so this goal would help me a lot in the future with my fitness.
